LIVING IN CORNWALL

The Atlantic coast of North Cornwall stretches for over forty miles along a wildly rugged and breathtaking landscapes. The vibrant coastal towns, harbours and villages are each steeped in history, huddling against the majestic cliffs as if seeking protection from the wild and unpredictable sea. An easier commute by road from the South East of England, or by air to Newquay, Exeter or Bristol airports, North Cornwall is a hub for thrill seekers who can choose to get active in or out of the water. The north coast bays are popular with sailors, surfers and swimmers as well as a myriad of other water sports, while inland, golfers, walkers couples and families can make the most of the many facilities and attractions on offer. The North Cornwall area sucessfully combines some truly breathtaking natural scenery with, an increasingly excellent choice of food & drink.

We occasionally sell some premium properties in nearby town's and villages outside of our usual 'patch'. Whether coastal or rural these vibrant communities located further to the East or West of our office in Rock, offer plenty of charm.

Set at the mouth of the Camel River just inland from Padstow and Rock, Wadebridge offers a good mix of independent shops, interesting restaurants and is also the mid point of the popular Camel Trail that runs along the River from Padstow to Bodmin. In North Cornwall, heading inland you will find the picturesque villages of Chapel Amble, Pendoggett, St Kew, St Tudy, St Teath and St Mabyn to name a few. Along the coast as you leave Port Isaac you come to Trebarwith, and Treknow, Tintagel, Boscastle and then on to Crackington Have, Widemouth Way and Bude.
